A seasoned commercial real estate professional and entrepreneur, Mike's expertise lies in Real Estate Investing, Development and Financing.  Mike is a licensed Mortgage Broker and Mortgage Loan Officer.  Recognizing a need in the market for a full-service real estate investment firm, and a need for sophisticated private lending solutions in today’s market, Mike founded Clear Funds.

Together with Clear Funds' Executive Leaders, Mike is dedicated to providing growth opportunities for Clear Funds' clients, employees and industry colleagues.

 

Brian Coffman

Vice President - The Clear Mortgage Team wants you to be successful

As a licensed Realtor Brian brings market knowledge and skill to be able to analyze properties in today’s market.  Prior to joining Mike in 2007 Brian had over 12 years experience in senior management of sales and operations at a Fortune 500 company. In using his knowledge of today’s market and his past experience Brian has had significant input in the creation of Clear Mortgage to ensure effective and efficient strategies and processes to optimize the experience to clients and maximize the return to the investors.

Julie Hankins

Accounting Manager - The Clear Mortgage Team will be accurate

Julie brings several years of corporate accounting background.  Her expansive experience in accounting brings the high level thinking to develop and maintain detailed financial operations at scale.  Julie’s leadership is essential to building a sound financial company and to instill the necessary systems, processes, procedures, and expectations throughout the company.

Dave Coffman

Operations Manager - The Clear Mortgage Team is impeccable

Dave is our customer service frontline.  His positive, can do attitude helps the entire company run smoothly.  There are a lot of moving pieces in establishing a new loan.  Dave makes sure all those pieces come together.  Property insurance can be challenging to keep up with and he does a fantastic job of keeping all of that together as well.  Dave excels at all those “little things” that can make the difference between being good and being great.
