Clearly she spends a lot of time and energy on staging and she is an absolute expert.  You may also consider staging if it is in your price point and budget.  Look past the staging and pay close attention to the materials, the colors and finishes.  She is very good at presenting various textures.  Design ideas do not need to be complex or expensive.  Some design ideas used very sparingly are ultimately the best.
